1. Acceptance

By using shring.net or a Shring game, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your sign-in information secure. You may not sell, share, or transfer an account without permission. We may require email verification or other reasonable steps to protect an account.

3. Player conduct

Do not cheat, exploit bugs, interfere with servers, harass other players, impersonate another person, automate gameplay without permission, or attempt to access accounts or systems that do not belong to you.

4. Game content and virtual items

Scores, ranks, skins, cases, currency, progression, and other virtual items are part of the game service. They do not represent real-world property or cash value unless a specific written offer says otherwise. We may adjust game balance, progression, inventories, or features when needed.

5. Availability and changes

The services are provided as available. Games may be updated, interrupted, reset, moved, or discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or permanent storage of game data.

6. Ownership

Shring games, site content, code, branding, graphics, and related materials are owned by their respective rights holders. You may use the services for personal gameplay but may not copy, resell, or redistribute them without permission.

7. Third-party services

The services may use or link to third-party providers, including hosting, analytics, advertising, authentication, or community services. Those providers may have their own terms and policies.

8. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access when an account violates these terms, creates a security risk, disrupts other players, or uses the services unlawfully.

9. Disclaimers

The services are provided without warranties to the extent allowed by law. Use of the services is at your own risk. We are not responsible for indirect losses, lost progress, or service interruptions to the extent allowed by law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the services change. The date at the top will be revised when an update is posted. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
